Why do we have to register at all?
After having registered, your details will be inspected within 48 hours. Upon receiving a confirmation, you can Log-into to view all the ranges of our products in every detail. You also can view all the Price List and can download to calculate the price and place a purchase order. You can ask us to organize free of charge the Slide Photo Gallery  to present our products in the format of CD Presentation to present the products to your customers or for organizing an exhibition(see the product samples at the Products sample page); and you will receive news updates on special Promotion from us before others.

How will you have confidence in doing business with us?
We are a business operator legally established according to the laws of Thailand. We are a member of the Thai Government’s Department of Export Promotion. Every year, we will be organizing the BIG-BIH Exposition at the Department of Export Promotion; and with accumulated experience of more than 10 years, you will therefore be convinced that we have been operating the business of quality and we adhere to the integrity as our prevailing principle.

Can the Tree Pottery product photos be used?
You can also use the product photos for the purpose of making a program or presentation to your customers, however, subject to giving prior notice to us and you will be required to register and first permitted to use the photos on the part of the members; but you will not be permitted to use our products photos for use as a model in production at other factories.

Can we know about the details in relation to placing a purchase order and payment or minimum purchase order?
We will display all these details on the part of membership provided you have registered for membership, and then you can view all the details.

What is the Slide Photo Gallery?
It is a special service for members who wish to further present our products. You can choose a range of products to be presented and you can also rename the products or assign the product code of your own together with exclusive details to each photo. You can choose to separately see groups of products; to show the designs in full screen, undoubtedly, in the name of your own company without showing the name of Tree Pottery Co., Ltd. It is most suitable for a launch in a display shop or for further presentation to your own customers.

What is the cost of an order for the Slide Photo Gallery to be made?
It is free of charge provided you subscribe to our membership; and upon confirmation of your business, then you can place an order for the Slide Photo Gallery to be made immediately.

How many times you can order for Slide Photo Gallery to be made?
You can order it to be made as many times as you wish; but you must tell us clearly the objectives for which it is to be used.
